Corrections Policy
We get things wrong sometimes. Here is exactly what happens when we do.
Reporting an error
Email hello@glad2bhome.com with the page address and a description of the error. Supporting sources are helpful but not required.
How we respond
- We acknowledge reports within three business days.
- An editor verifies the claim against primary sources.
- If the report is correct, we fix it promptly — typically the same day for factual errors.
- We tell the person who reported it what we changed.
How corrections are disclosed
- Significant factual errors — a correction note is appended to the article stating what was wrong, what it now says, and the date.
- Substantive updates from a rule or market change — the updated date changes and the change is described where it matters to the reader.
- Typographical and formatting fixes — corrected without a note.
- Removed content — if a page is retired, it is redirected to the closest relevant replacement rather than deleted.
What we will not do
We do not remove accurate content because a company or individual is unhappy with it, and we do not make undisclosed changes to the substance of a published article.
